Over the last 15 years, Tom has cultivated a diverse following and garnered much praise for his unique brand of teaching, which covers a range of topics including financial literacy, interpersonal communications, and positive psychology. As an award-winning lecturer at California State University, it should come as no surprise that Tom’s knack for breaking conventions and delivering information in new and engaging ways is a great asset to the GRITT Coaching team.

As a life-long learner, Tom’s Masters in Positive Psychology from University of Penn has been followed up by certificates in Appreciative Inquiry as well as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
