Marcus Easter is a seasoned and astute restaurant finance executive with over 25 years of invaluable experience. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered exceptional results in various leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Principal Consultant, Director of Operations, and Assistant Vice President.

His journey began in the financial services sector, where he honed his skills at Merrill Lynch and went on to hold senior financial roles at renowned establishments such as Restaurants America, Inc., LBD Partners, Francesca’s Restaurants, Charlie Brown’s, Food for Thought Enterprise, Inc., and Barker Nestor Architects. Throughout his career, he has led and inspired financial teams, crafted and executed strategic plans, enhanced overall financial performance, and provided turnaround services.

As a proud alumnus of the University of Northern Iowa, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and achieved both Academic and Athletic All-American status as a highly successful UNI Panther football team member. His name still stands in the record books for tackles in a single game! Beyond his professional achievements, his greatest source of pride lies in his role as a devoted father to his two incredible children, Noah and Lelia.
