Financial Intelligence + People Intelligence = Better Business Decisions.
A one-day GRITT workshop for people leaders at every level.
Leaders promoted for doing are asked to lead without ever being taught to read both sides of the business. Numbers on one side, people on the other. The decisions they make with half the data are the ones you feel first.
of the time, companies pick the wrong person for the manager job. They pick for individual contributor skill, not leadership readiness.
of the variance in team engagement is attributable to the manager. One person moves nearly every metric a business cares about.
of newly promoted leaders derail or leave within 18 months. Not because they are the wrong person. Because they were never taught to read both sides.
Most leaders do not fail because they are the wrong person. They fail because they were promoted for one skill and asked to master another, without the tools. Giving them both reads early is one of the cheapest, fastest ways to change how they lead for the next decade.
Most leaders were promoted for what they can do themselves. Leading a team means reading two very different things at once: the scoreboard, and the people playing on it. Most training picks one. This workshop covers both, in a single day.
Morning. Financial Intelligence. Read the business the way an owner does. How cash actually flows. Where profit really comes from. Which decisions move the numbers, and which are noise.
Afternoon. People Intelligence. People-awareness. Your own drives, strengths, and blind spots on paper, plus the language for reading and leading the teammate whose wiring is nothing like yours, the one who processes the same conversation, the same request, and the same problem in a way you never would.
By 5pm, you can walk up to a scoreboard and a team, and read both. That's the read every leader needs.
This is not a lecture. You'll run a company through an interactive business simulation, making pricing, hiring, inventory, and investment calls, then watch the numbers respond in real time on your scoreboard.
Every participant completes the Predictive Index behavioral assessment before the workshop. In the afternoon, we translate your own data (not a hunch, not a quiz) into your strengths, your blind spots, and the move to make with the people who lead nothing like you do.
Every participant walks out with real assets they can use the next Monday.
Where cash actually comes from, where profit lives, and where the leverage is hiding. Not theory. Your business.
Your drives, needs, and behaviors on paper (generated from the Predictive Index assessment). Highlighted, discussed, and understood, not filed away.
Your green-light strengths, your red-light cautions, and one specific move you commit to coaching yourself on this quarter.
How to adapt your communication, delegation, and feedback for teammates whose behavioral wiring is nothing like yours. Style-to-style moves you can use next Monday.
