Tim Wat has been teaching graduate and undergraduate business students in California for six years, including strategy, entrepreneurism and technology innovation. Prior to that he enjoyed over 20 years in the finance, construction and technology industries. He was part of the team that took Mortgage.com public, and championed growth and technological transformation in the reprographics industry.

He continues to work with early stage innovation companies in the Bay Area in domains ranging from advanced robotics to neuroscience optigenetics.

He is married and the proud father of two grown sons, and a professional touring jazz pianist.
