Tiffany Richoux has been with PFSbrands, GRITT Business Coaching’s parent company, and living laboratory, since May of 2014. When GRITT Business Coaching was created in 2018 she eagerly joined the team. Prior to joining PFSbrands, Tiffany was in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry where she was focused on process improvements, team training, and the customer experience. Throughout her career, she has successfully collaborated with cross-functional departments to uncover valued efficiencies and drive critical projects forward.

At PFSbrands Tiffany has kept this same focus through several opportunities to work in various roles providing her an enriched understanding of the company and its impressive culture. These experiences help Tiffany support the clients of GRITT Business Coaching along with her team.
