Patricia Kane has been in business for 30+ years, most of them as an entrepreneur, and as President of The Schuster Kane Alliance, Inc. — the coaching and training company she joined many years ago. She helped pioneer culture change and high-engagement cultures through open-book management/business literacy. She is a certified coach, and has served a variety of corporate clients, non-profits and individuals, concentrating on leadership development inside organizations, and on living with purpose and balance for individuals. She has co-authored two books on open book management published by John Wiley and has lead engagements using Profit & Cash ® from teams to the front-lines in dozens of companies and industries.
In addition to the overall culture work, Patricia specializes in assisting technically gifted managers who have a need to improve their people skills. This specialization for middle and upper managers also includes women leaders trying to balance careers with family, and in bringing emotional skill and awareness to self-development and leadership careers.
