Director of Sales & Operations

As Director of Sales and Operations at GRITT Business Coaching, Michael’s main role is to connect with passionate business leaders looking to improve the operating system of their company to not only scale and grow the business, but also elevate their employees. Michael’s career has brought him experience in Business Development, Operations, Sales and Management roles across a multitude of industries ranging from Food & Wine, Construction, Industrial Automation, Property Management and Professional Consulting. Representing companies like Four Season Hotel Boston, Pebble Ridge Vineyard and Wine Estates, Springfield Remanufacturing Corporation, Keller Williams and PFSbrands. These experiences have prepared him to relate to what challenge businesses owners and leaders each and every day. Michael’s greatest passion is helping provide employees at all levels, to understand business and financial literacy, to gain line of sight to how they influence the performance of their company.

Michael is also active in working with and advocating for Employee-Owned companies and is an active member in the The ESOP Association. He is a regular webinar and conference speaker for the NCEO (National Center for Employee Ownership) and is a member of the ESOP Committee for GRITT Business Coaching’s parent company, PFSbrands.

Michael and his wife Daron relocated their family to the greater Springfield, MO area, from New England, in 2011. Michael spends much of his free time supporting his children in their education and extra-curricular activities. You can find him working on the family hobby farm or enjoying weekends at Table Rock Lake.
