Cathy Domsch has been a social entrepreneur most of her life, founding community foundations and pioneering programs to impact rural Kansas in the areas of wealth retention, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

After nearly 20 years, Cathy transitioned from the public sector, taking a position with a young progressive company as their Business Manager and Human Resource Manager. While there she had the opportunity to work with ownership on a higher strategic level, engage employees in the open book management concept, and facilitate conversations which would implement change across the organization. The experience gained there has been invaluable in working with her clients to establish the culture needed to be an employer of choice in their area, and this company continues as a client today.
